NICK SINCLAIR - Owner


With over 20 years of experience working within the hospitality industry Nick has worked within and run some of London & Surreys most prestigious kitchens. Gaining experience within 5 Star , Rosetted & Micheline properties gave Nick a fantastic depth of knowledge throughout his career.

Having been awarded numerous accolades including the prestigious Craft Guild of Chefs Graduat

JACQUI SINCLAIR - Owner 


Jacqui has spent the last 20 years working in the insurance industry.


Following the birth of their two children Jacqui decided to take a new path and re-trained in massage therapy which she now enjoys, offering treatments from her home treatment room. When she's not doing this she is supporting Nick in the day to day running of the Delicatessen and manages all of the social

DAVID JAMES - Head Chef


David began his career in 2004, after leaving catering college he took up his first role working for Compass at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge Stadium. He later transferred to the Chelsea Training Ground in Cobham, catering for the first team and also opening  the new  Academy Building.

Whilst working for Compass, David also worked as prestigious events such as Wimbledon, The Ryd

James Mitchell - Chef


Upon leaving college, James began his catering career with Nick at the Burford Bridge Hotel in Dorking and later went on to a new position with Great Fosters.
Prior to coming on board with Nick at Surrey Hills Delicatessen, James worked in The Garden House restaurant at the Luxury Country House Hotel, Beaverbrook.


James is a die hard Norwich fan and will no doubt pass his love
